Textile Soaping Agent – Leomine Washoff WAP

Textile Soaping Agent – Universal after soaping agent for removing unfixed reactive dye from cellulosic materials at low temperature.

Chemical Nature : Mixture of Polymers ; Amphoteric.

Ecology

Does not contain APEO / NPEO. Leads to lower carbon footprint (approx. 720 g of CO2 in traditional process v/s 650 g of CO2 if Leomine Washoff WAP is used).

Storage

Leomine Washoff WAP has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Stability

This textile soaping agent is unaffected by pH, Salt concentration and water hardness.

Compatibility

This textile soaping agent is compatible with most dyeing auxiliaries. It is suitable for all reactive dye systems.

Application

Reactive dyes with monochlorotriazine reactive system.
