Textile Pretreatment Chemical – Economical wetting, deaerating and Low foaming auxiliary in continuous and semi-continuous process of dyeing from long liquors of cellulosic fibers and their blends. Specially suitable for Indigo dyes.

Chemical Nature : Mixture of Non-ionic Surfactants.

Ecology

According to our experience Leomine Wet RDM Eco – Textile Pretreatment Chemical does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO. Phosphonate free.

Storage

Leomine Wet RDM Eco has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Compatibility

Leomine Wet RDM Eco is compatible with anionic and cationic auxiliaries.

Application

Leomine Wet RDM Eco is used as a padding auxiliary and wetting agent in long liquors. It is suitable for dyeing with Vat dyes, Indigo dyes, Reactive dyes, Direct dyes, Disperse dyes and Sulphur dyes.

Application rates : 

• Pad-dyeing processes : 3.0 – 6.0 g/l Leomine Wet RDM Eco
• Dyeing in long liquors : 2.0 – 3.0 g/l Leomine Wet RDM Eco
