According to our experience Leomine Wet RDM – textile pretreatment chemical does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO. Phosphonate free.

Storage

Leomine Wet RDM has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5
ºC and 35ºC in a dry place.. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Application

Leomine Wet RDM is used as a padding auxiliary and wetting agent in long liquors. It is suitable for dyeing with Vat dyes, Indigo dyes, Reactive dyes, Direct dyes, Disperse dyes and Sulphur dyes.

Application rates :

  • Pad-dyeing processes : 2.5 – 5.0 g/l Leomine Wet RDM
  • Dyeing in long liquors : 1.0 – 2.0 g/l Leomine Wet RDM
