Textile fixing agent – Formaldehyde free fixing agent for Pigment printing and coating applications

Ecology
According to our experience textile fixing agent LFF does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.
Storage
Textile Fixing Agent LFF has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Stability
Textile Fixing Agent LFF is stable under normal textile wet processing conditions
Compatibility
Textile Fixing Agent LFF is compatible with anionic and cationic auxiliaries. Precipitation may occur in acidic pH. Not recommended for resist printing with reactive dyes.
Application
For regular Pigment printing :
- … g Water
4 g Liquor Ammonia ( 25% solution )
150 g Leomine Binder BT / TS / TW
12 g Soda Ash
10 g Leomine Fixing Agent LFF

1000 g - Print -> Dry -> Cure for 4-5 minutes with hot air at 150ºC
For Coating Applications :
- 1 to 3 % in the coating recipe
