A Textile Pretreatment Agent – Extracting agent, dispersant with stabilizing and anticatalytic effect in peroxide bleach to promote higher degree of whiteness and improve absorbency.

Chemical Nature : Mixture of Dispersing and Complexing ingredients; Anionic.

Features

  • Clear yellowish to yellowish brown liquid with low viscosity, pumpable.
  • Soluble in water in all proportions.
  • Low foaming.
  • Non-hazardous ; low toxicity.
  • Resistant to hard water and electrolytes.
  • Stable on storage.

Benefits

  • It is stable in bleaching and boil-off liquors.
  • It is stable to reductive an oxidative bleaching agents.
  • It is stable in acid liquors pH >4 and in caustic soda solution used in Mercerizing.
  • It acts a co-stabilizer of Hydrogen Peroxide.
  • It improves the stabilization of peroxide over a longer period of time resulting in better whiteness and better absorbency rating.
  • It can be used to scour and bleach heavily soiled cotton goods.
  • Due to its excellent dispersing properties, it helps in trouble free bleaching with Sodium Silicate.
  • It aids in excellent removal of impurities in alkaline boil-off.
  • It is suitable for Peroxide cold bleach, Peroxide hot bleach, Exhaust process, continuous process and alkaline boil-off.

Ecology

According to our experience Leomine Extract SDE does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.

Storage

This Textile Pretreatment agent has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.
