According to our experience this textile pretreatment agent does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.

Storage

Leomine Extract CPE has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5
ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Application

Desizing:

Pad batch enzymatic desizing:

• 2 – 3 ml/kg Leomine Extract CPE

Pad Steam desizing:

• 2 – 3 ml/kg Leomine Extract CPE
• Liquor pick-up as high as possible

Peroxide cold bleach

• 2 ml/l Leomine Extract CPE

Peroxide cold bleach in combination steamer

• (Boiled-off of cotton fabrics)
• 2 ml/l Leomine Extract CPE

Under-liquor bleach (continuous)

• Cotton knitgoods
• 2 ml/l Leomine Extract CPE

Alkaline boil-off in long liquor

• Cotton Yarn
• 2 ml/l Leomine Extract CPE
