Ecology
This textile pretreatment agent is readily biodegradable. According to our experience Leomine Wash WSD does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.
Storage
Leomine Wash WSD has a shelf life of atleast one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5
ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Store rooms should not be overheated. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material
is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Stability
Leomine Wash WSD is resistant to acids, alkalis and electrolytes at the concentrations at which they are usually employed in pretreatment processes.
Compatibility
Leomine Wash WSD is compatible with anionic and nonionic auxiliaries. Precipitation may occur if applied at the same time with Cationic products.

Bleaching of cotton Yarn goods in Cheese/Cabinet Machines
- 1.0 – 2.0 gpl Leomine Wash WSD
- 0.5 – 1.0 gpl Leomine Extract SDE
- 2.0 – 3.0 gpl Caustic flakes
- 2.0 – 3.0 gpl Hydrogen Peroxide
- Temperature: 95 – 100 ºC for 30 – 20 min
- Liquor Ratio: 10:1 to 7:1
Pretreatment of 100% cotton knit goods in soft flow machines
- 0.5 – 1.0 gpl Leomine Wash WSD
- 0.5 – 1.0 gpl Leomine Extract SDE
- 0.5 – 1.0 gpl Leomine Anticrease Jet N
Load the machine at RT and run for 10 min and at 60ºC, add
- 2.0 – 3.0 gpl Caustic Flakes
- 0.3 – 0.5 gpl Leomine Stabilizer PSL
- 2.0 – 3.0 gpl Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)
Temperature: 95 – 98 ºC for 60 – 45 min
Liquor Ratio: 10:1 to 6:1
Washing of PES and PA knit goods in soft flow machines
- 0.75 – 1% OWF Leomine Wash WSD
- 0.50 – 2% OWF Soda Ash (depending on the extent of soiling)
- 0.50 – 1% OWF Leomine Extract SDE
- Temperature: 90 – 100 ºC for 30 – 20 min
- Liquor Ratio: 10:1 to 6:1
*OWF – on weight of fabric
Pretreatment of cotton/viscose blends knits on soft flow
- 0.75 – 1.0 gpl Leomine Wash WSD
- 0.50 – 1.0 gpl Leomine Extract SDE
- 1.00 – 2.0 gpl Leomine Anticrease Jet N
Load the machine at RT and run for 10 min and at 500C, add
- 0.25 – 0.5 gpl Caustic Flakes
- 1.0 – 3.0 gpl Soda Ash
- 0.2 – 0.5 gpl Leomine Stabilizer PSL
- 2.0 – 3.0 gpl Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)
- Temperature: 90 ºC for 30 min
- Liquor Ratio: 10:1 to 6:1
