Textile Leveling Agent – Versatile levelling agent for reactive dyeing of cellulosic fibers. Dye liquor stability improver.

Chemical Nature : Mixture of sequestering, dispersing and levelling agents.

Ecology

This Textile leveling agent does not contain APEO / NPEO.

Storage

Leomine Level RDL has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Stability

This textile leveling agent is unaffected by electrolytes. Stable in alkaline and mildly acidic conditions.

Compatibility

The textile leveling agent is compatible with most dyeing auxiliaries. It is suitable for all reactive dye systems.

Application

Exhaust Method:

• Recommended dosage : 1.0 to 1.5 gpl for Knits ( Hosiery )
• 1.0 to 2.0 gpl for Yarn

Padding Method:

• Recommended dosage : 1.0 to 3.0 gpl

**Observe the recommendations of the dye manufacturer concerning the pH of the treatment baths.

Users should carry out their own trials using Leomine Level RDL since many factors affect the compatibility with other textile auxiliaries as well as the interaction with substrate materials.
