Textile Sizing agent – Water soluble acrylic size for warp yarns made of cotton and its blends.

Chemical Nature : Polyacrylate in water

Ecology

According to our experience Leomine Size FCA – textile sizing agent does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.

Storage

Leomine Size FCA – a textile sizing agent has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Stability

Leomine Size FCA is stable to hard water and temperatures usually employed during the sizing process.

Compatibility

Leomine Size FCA – Textile sizing agent is compatible with most chemicals used in sizing process. Precipitates under acidic conditions or when used with cationic substances.

Application

Leomine Size FCA can be used directly or in combination with starch and other sizing chemicals

• Ratio of Leomine Size FCA when used with starch: Maybe varied from 2 : 1 to 1 : 4
