Textile Pretreatment Agent – Concentrated high performance temperature stable amylase enzyme for enzymatic de-sizing of fabrics with starch-containing sizes by exhaust, pad batch, pad steam and continuous processes carried out at medium to high
temperature.

Chemical Nature : Aqueous enzyme preparation containing Alpha-amylase.

Ecology

• According to our experience Leomine Desize DHP Conc. does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.
• Fully bio degradable.

Storage

• This textile pretreatment agent has a shelf life of at least six months if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at a temperature of 25ºC in a dry place. Extended storage and/or adverse conditions, including higher temperatures may lead to higher dosage requirement. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Compatibility

Leomine Desize DHP Conc. is compatible with Non-ionic auxiliaries. Anionic and Cationic auxiliaries may disrupt the activity of Leomine Desize DHP Conc..

Application

Guideline recipes :

Pad batch desizing

• 1 ml/kg Leomine Desize DHP Conc.
• 2 – 5 ml/kg Leomine Wash DNC / Leomine Wash DFB
• 2 – 3 ml/kg Leomine Extract SDE
• Liquor pick-up : Maximum
• Impregnation Temperature : Cold to 90 °C
• Batching time :6 – 24 h
• Hot wash off

Pad Steam desizing

• 1 ml/l Leomine Desize DHP Conc.
• 2 – 5 ml/l Leomine Wash DNC / Leomine Wash DFB
• 2 – 3 ml/l Leomine Extract SDE / Leomine Extract CSE
• Liquor pick-up : Maximum
• Impregnation temperature :50° – 80° C
• pH 5.5
• Reaction Temperature 98° C
• Reaction Time 6 – 10 min
• Hot wash

Exhaust processes

• 0.5 % Leomine Desize DHP Conc.
• 0.5 % Leomine Anticrease Jet N
• Temperature 70 to 80ºC
• pH 6 – 7
• Reaction time : 30 to 45 minutes
