Textile Pretreatment Agent – APEO free low foaming wetting agent and detergent with excellent emulsifying action for use in exhaust pretreatment process of textile made of cellulosic, synthetic fiber and their blends.

Ecology
According to our experience Leomine Wash XDJ does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.
Storage
Leomine Wash XDJ has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5
ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Stability
Leomine Wash XDJ is resistant to acids, alkalis and electrolytes at the concentrations at which they are usually employed in pre-treatment processes.
Compatibility
Leomine Wash XDJ is compatible with anionic and cationic auxiliaries.
Application
- Leomine Wash XDJ – a textile pretreatment agent can be used in a variety of applications at all stages of pre-treatment process of textiles containing cellulosic, polyester and its blends specially in machines in which the liquor is subjected to high turbulence.
- Since Leomine Wash XDJ is a concentrated product, very small quantities are required for pre-scouring, boiling-off, bleaching in long liquors and soaping off after dyeing.

- 1 – 3 % Caustic Soda 100%
- 1 – 2.5% Leomine Extract SDE
