Ecology
According to our experience Leomine Resin ESY does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.
Storage
This textile finishing agent has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Application
Application by Padding
Shirting fabric (cotton):
- 50 – 80 g/l Leomine Resin ESY
- 13 – 20 g/l Leomine Catalyst RFM
- 10 – 20 g/l Leomine Additive SPE
- 10 – 30 g/l Leomine Softener HDS
- Liquor pickup: approx. 70 %
- Dry as usual.
- Cure: 3 minutes at 150 °C
Workwear fabric (Cotton):
- 40 – 90 g/l Leomine Resin ESY
- 13 – 23 g/l Leomine Catalyst RFM
- 20 – 30 g/l Leomine Additive SPE
- 20 – 30 g/l Leomine Softener MES
- 10 g/l Vinyl Acetate solution
- Liquor pickup: approx. 70 %
- Dry as usual.
- Cure: approx. 4 min. at 150 °C
Blouse fabric (Viscose):
- 60 – 90 g/l Leomine Resin ESY
- 15 – 23 g/l Leomine Catalyst RFM
- 20 – 30 g/l Leomine Softener MES
- Liquor pickup: approx. 80 %
- Dry as usual.
- Cure: 1 minute at 170 °C
Outerwear, knitgoods (cotton):
- 40 – 70 g/l Leomine Resin ESY
- 8 – 13 g/l Leomine Catalyst RFM
- 20 – 30 g/l Leomine Additive SPE
- 10 – 20 g/l Leomine Softener HDS
- Liquor pickup: approx. 80 %
- Dry as usual.
- Cure: 30 seconds at 170 °C
