NSF International Certified, Oven Jell is a premium fast-acting oven cleaner and grill cleaner formulated to cling to vertical surfaces providing long contact time for easier cleaning. More effective than foaming products this formulation quickly dissolves even the toughest soils. Oven Jell – Oven Cleaner and Grill Cleaner breaks the chemical bond between the soil and oven surface releasing baked on deposits. The result is fast and easy removal of baked on food deposits.

Directions for Use:
For use on ovens, grills, stoves, fryers, and burners.
FOR HEAVY DEPOSITS OF BURNT-ON CARBON AND SOIL: Spray or brush on full strength and let stand 15 – 30 minutes. Flush residue with water. Stubborn stains may require burnishing with steel wool.
FOR LIGHT DEPOSITS AND REGULAR CLEANING: Dilute with equal parts of water. Spray or brush on, let stand 15 – 30 minutes and flush with water.
NOTE: DO NOT USE ON ALUMINUM OR PAINTED SURFACES. Always clean surface when cool.
DEEP FAT FRYERS: Drain fryer and mop all excess grease with paper towels. Fill fryer with water 4 inches from the top. Add 6 – 8 ounces of cleaner for each gallon of water in fryer. Heat to a gentle rolling boil for 20 – 30 minutes. Brush sides where liquid does not touch. Drain and rinse thoroughly. NOTE: All equipment or surfaces subject to direct contact with food should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water following use. Avoid contamination of food in the application and storage of this product.
