Textile anticrease agent – Universal lubricant and crease inhibitor for textile processing. Auxiliary for increasing liquor pickup in padding processes.

Chemical Nature : High molecular weight polymer solution ; Nonionic.

Features

  • Clear to hazy, colorless viscous pourable liquid.
  • Miscible with water in all proportions.
  • Stable to electrolytes.
  • Stable to hard water, acids and alkalis.
  • Stable to high temperatures encountered during dyeing of polyester.
  • Stable to high shear.
  • APEO free.
  • Odor – free.

Benefits

  • Prevents running creases.
  • Protects fabric surfaces.
  • Improves running properties in processing of fabrics in rope form.
  • Leomine Anticrease Jet N has incredible viscosity properties – High viscosity at low shear ( still bath ) and low viscosity at high shear ( nozzle of Jet dyeing machine).
  • Liquor run-off from fabric is slowed leading to level dyeing.
  • Has no adverse effect on the color yield since it has no affinity to dyes or fibers.
  • It works by increasing the viscosity of liquor which prevents damage to fabric due to friction and avoids crease marks.
  • It can be completely rinsed out of the fabric before subsequent processes.
  • It is non-ionic in nature so compatible with most textile auxiliaries.
  • It is not affected by changes in pH or water hardness.
  • It can be used in all stages of fabric processing ( pre-treatment, dyeing and finishing).
  • Due to its excellent running properties, it prevents chafe marks on sensitive fabrics.
  • It is effective in low liquor ratio machines.
  • Its lubricating effect assists displacement of goods.
  • It allows for greater loading in the machine and higher circulating speed of the rope.
  • It is suitable in the padding process to assist level dyeing of open fabrics made of highly twisted yarn.

Pointer :

  • Although this textile anticrease agent is non-foaming, the increased viscosity of the liquor may result in foam stabilization if used with foaming auxiliaries.
  • It is advisable to add Leomine Anticrease Jet N to the liquor before drawing in the fabric and then pre-run the goods for a few minutes.

Ecology

According to our experience this textile anticrease agent does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.

Storage

This textile anticrease agent has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5 ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their
contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.
