Chemical Nature : Mixture of non-ionic surfactants and polyacrylates

Features

  • Colourless to yellow liquid with low viscosity ; pumpable.
  • Soluble in water in all proportions.
  • Low foaming at pre-treatment temperature.
  • Non-hazardous ; low toxicity.
  • Unaffected by electrolytes.
  • Low Odour.
  • Stable on storage.
  • Works best in slightly acidic to Alkaline pH range

Benefits

  • Leomine Wash DFB can be stirred directly into the process liquor.
  • Excellent wetting, emulsification, extracting and dispersing action in one product.
  • Better alternative to APEO containing detergents.
  • Suitable for continuous systems.
  • Suitable for high turbulence machines like Jets and softflows.
  • Extracts water soluble and water insoluble soil.
  • Dissolves salts responsible for water hardness.
  • More even coloration in dyeing due to uniform pre-treatment.
  • Can be used in all pre-treatment process – de-sizing, Scouring, Stain removing and bleaching.
  • Suitable for cold bleach.
  • Forms homogenous mixtures with alkalis 50 g/l upto NAOH (100%) at room temperature.

Ecology

According to our experience Leomine Wash DFB does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.

Storage

Leomine Wash DFB has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.
