A Textile Dyeing Chemical – Excellent deaerating and Low foaming wetting padding auxiliary in continuous and semi- continuous process of dyeing from long liquors of cellulosic fibers and their blends.

According to our experience this textile dyeing chemical does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.
Storage
This textile dyeing chemical has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their
contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Stability
- Leomine Deaerator RWD is stable under usual dyeing conditions.
- Leomine Deaerator RWD contains volatile ingredients. Therefore drums should be tightly sealed once opened.
Compatibility
Leomine Deaerator RWD is compatible with anionic and nonionic auxiliaries. Precipitation may occur if applied at the same time with Cationic products.
Application
Leomine Deaerator RWD is used as a padding auxiliary and wetting agent in long liquors. It is suitable for dyeing with Vat dyes, Indigo dyes, Reactive dyes, Direct dyes, Disperse dyes and Sulphur dyes.
Application rates :
- Pad-dyeing processes : 2.5 – 5.0 g/l Leomine Deaerator RWD
- Dyeing in long liquors : 1.0 – 2.0 g/l Leomine Deaerator RWD
