Textile Acid Buffer – Acid buffer for use in dyeing and printing process.
Chemical Nature : Mixture of aliphatic carboxylic acids.

Benefits

Ecology
- According to our experience Leomine Buffer PAB does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO. Has lower COD values when compared to mineral acids.
Storage
Leomine Buffer PAB has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5
ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Leomine Buffer PAB is compatible with most textile auxiliaries.
Application
The following guideline recipes are recommended.
- For Heat Setting : 4 to 5 gpl
- Core Alkali Neutralization : 1 to 2 gp
- Polyester dyeing with disperse dyes : 1 to 2 gpl
- Polyester printing with disperse dyes : 0.7 to 1 gpl
- Finishing : 0.5 to 1 gpl
