Ecology

According to our experience Leomine Stiffener FFP does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.

Storage

This textile finishing stiffener has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Compatibility

This textile finishing stiffener is compatible with Anionic, Cationic and Nonionic auxiliaries.

Application

Use high speed stirrers for dispersion in water

• Leomine Stiffener FFP is applied by Padding method at room temperature
• Liquor pickup – 60 to 90 % depending upon fabric
• Drying is carried out at 120 ºC ; curing at 150 ºC for 5 minutes
• Application rate : 10 – 150 gpl Leomine Stiffener FFP
