Ecology

According to our experience Leomine Additive HDE does not exert any harmful effects on health provided they are used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO. The carbon emission during drying and curing are extremely low as compared to other smoothing agents based on paraffin wax.

Storage

This textile finishing agent has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Properties

Appearance: Pale yellow liquid dispersion

Solubility: Miscible with cold water in all proportions

pH: 7.5 to 9.5

Density: 1.0 g/cm³

Stability

The pH of the ready-to-use finishing liquor should be approx. 5.0. For embossed and Chintz finishes, the textile goods should be pre-dried Maintain a residual moisture of 8 to 10% after impregnation before being embossed or calendared. The finish should be subsequently cured under normal conditions.

Compatibility

Leomine Additive HDE is compatible with anionic, amphoteric and non-ionic finishing agents.
