Textile Pretreatment Wetting Agent – Low foaming powerful wetting agent and detergent with emulsifying extractive action for mobilizing and removing impurities in cotton during pretreatment process. It also acts as a co-stabilizer in peroxide bleaching. Recommended for Continuous process.

Ecology
This textile pretreatment wetting agent is readily biodegradable. According to our experience Leomine Wash DNC does not exert any harmful effects on health provided it is used as per our recommendation. Does not contain APEO / NPEO.
Storage
Leomine Wash DNC has a shelf life of at least one year if stored in its tightly sealed original packing at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC in a dry place. Drums should be tightly resealed each time the material is taken from them and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened.

Application
Leomine Wash DNC should be stirred into the liquor
Washing :
- 1 – 3 g/l Leomine Wash DNC
- 0.25 – 2 g/l Soda Ash
Temperature : 70 – 950C
Desizing :
- 1.5 – 3 g/l Leomine Desize DHP
- 2 – 5 g/l Leomine Wash DNC
- 1 g/l Leomine Deaerator RWD / Leomine Wet RDM
- 1 – 2 g/l Leomine Extract SDE / Leomine Extract CSE
pH: 6-7
Impregnation temperature : 60 – 70ºC
Liquor pickup – 100% for Cotton / 70% for Polyester-Cotton blends
Dwell time – 4 to 5 hours
Boiling off :
- 30 – 50 g/l NaOH 100%
- 3 – 5 g/l Leomine Wash DNC
Impregnation temperature – 20 – 80º C
